Contact Details: Please ensure your contact details are accurate. Once payment is received, a Zoom link will be sent before your reading. Incorrect details may result in cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergencies at Maria’s discretion.
Right to Reschedule: Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium reserves the right to reschedule appointments and will notify clients in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Punctuality: Please ensure you are ready to begin your session at the scheduled time.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. If payment is not received within 24 hours, Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium reserves the right to cancel the session at her discretion.
Conduct: Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive individuals may be asked to leave without a refund.
Additional Participants: Sessions are intended for one person unless otherwise agreed in advance. Additional attendees may incur an extra fee.
Privacy: All sessions are confidential.
No Guarantees: Results are not guaranteed. Services are offered as an experimental process.
Technical Issues: If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties, it will be rescheduled.
