Service Terms and Conditions
Assumption of Risk: By booking a session, including classes, workshops, consultations, or mentoring sessions, you agree to use the service at your own risk and without liability to Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium. Any damages, internet connection issues, defective computers, delays, or any other losses incurred while using Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium’s services are at your own risk and without liability to the service provider.
Booking and Payment: For appointments scheduled outside the allocated times displayed on the diary, your booking must be paid in full 48 hours prior to your session, or it may be cancelled. A Zoom link will be sent to you once payment is received.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded, as the time has been reserved for you.
Conduct and Dismissal: Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium reserves the right to ask any student to leave a class, workshop, or end a consultation if their behaviour is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. Respectful and courteous conduct is expected at all times.
Service Disruption: In the event of a service disruption caused by technical issues, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. However, Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such disruptions.
Privacy and Confidentiality: All sessions are confidential.
No Guarantees: There are no guarantees regarding the accuracy or outcomes of the readings.
Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of her services.
Right to Refuse Service: Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion.
Service Cancellation: If any services led by Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium are cancelled, you will receive a full refund. However, Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium is not responsible for any other costs incurred by you as a result of the cancellation.
