Liability: Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium accepts no liability for any decisions made or actions taken as a result of a reading, nor for any resulting loss, damage, or outcome arising directly or indirectly from a session. Additionally, no responsibility is accepted for technical issues, damages, or delays experienced during the session.
Contact Details: Please ensure your contact details are accurate. Once payment is received, your Zoom link will be sent personally before your reading. As this is not an automated system, please allow some time for it to be sent before your reading. Incorrect details may result in cancellation.
Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable, though exceptions may be made in cases of genuine emergencies at Maria’s discretion.
Right to Reschedule: Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium reserves the right to reschedule appointments and will notify clients in advance to arrange a mutually convenient time.
Punctuality: Please ensure you are ready to begin your session at the scheduled time.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. If payment is not received within 24 hours, Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium reserves the right to cancel the session at her discretion.
Conduct: Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Disruptive individuals may be asked to leave without a refund. Sessions must not be used to seek advice on legal disputes, financial claims, or to influence third parties.
Additional Participants: Sessions are intended for one person unless otherwise agreed in advance. Additional attendees may incur an extra fee.
Privacy: All sessions are confidential.
No Guarantees: Services are offered as an experimental process. Results are not guaranteed.
Technical Issues: If a session is disrupted due to technical difficulties, it will be rescheduled.
Changes to Terms: Maria Antoniou Psychic Medium reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. By booking or engaging in services after any changes are made, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
Agreement: By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
